Complimentary Consultation -
For those who are new to home staging, a 15 minute phone consultation is available to introduce you to the benefits of staging®. It includes a discussion of success stories with our before & after transformations as well as staging statistics. Specific discussions about your home will be used to determine an appropriate home staging service for your consideration.
Professional Staging Consultation -- for Occupied Homes –
Each staging project will begin with our professional consultation. If you are living in your home while it is on the market, we’ll help you maximize your home's potential!
A one-on-one walk through consultation is essential to establishing an understanding as to what needs to be done in preparing your home for sale in today's market. A thorough evaluation of the property starts by addressing the interior (top to bottom), as well as the exterior curb appeal. A step-by-step checklist will be created during the appointment allowing home sellers to complete the work themselves if they desire.

Dazzle By Design will conduct an initial complimentary consultation of the Vacant Property and will send a comprehensive proposal based on the recommendations including which rooms should be Staged® to showcase the home in the best light to sell as quickly as possible, and for top dollar. Using the beautiful furnishings & decor from our own inventory, your home will dazzle in livable luxury!
